Edinburgh Fringe Here I Come...

I'm doing 11 - 24 August, back at C Too, the Church - venue 4 and you'll find it at 14 Johnston Terrace, Edinburgh, EH1 2PW; the lovely church of St Columbas' by the Castle. My programme is available by clicking on on the programme tab above. Here I am (this is Fringe venue 4, the little church of St Columba's by the Castle, on Johnson Terrace, Edinburgh), playing the first three movements of Matthew Sear's 'America': 1. Fanfare, 2. Scherzo and 3. Freeway.

Busy Performance Schedule Coming Up

There's already info here (see previous post) about July 22nd at the King's Lynn Festival Fringe - and yes, it has a Fringe! But here are some other updates:

• Are you anywhere near Lymington on Saturday June 23rd?  Lymington Music and Performance Day 2012, will be in full swing - part of Lymington Music Festival. I'm taking part on the Library Stage that evening - which is outside apparently. I'm in the celebrated company of some wonderful musicians - Dr Finlay's Bass Cooks, Vicky Kimm & Jamie Courtier,  Jon Ellis & Jim Insole, The Rezzonators  and Hannah Robinson are on the bill with me. • The Edinburgh Festival Fringe is on the horizon now and tickets to my show have already gone on sale and are selling well.

   

Jonathan Prag on the 2011 Edinburgh Festival Fringe

This year Jonathan will be performing throughout the Edinburgh Fringe and his venue will be C Too.

C Too is  the lovely Church of St Columba's By The Castle, and I recommend their website where you will learn that there are a lot of people and one dog who attend!
Let's hope the dog comes to hear Jonathan play.
As their website says... "we were the fourth building in Edinburgh to host Fringe Shows back in the very early 1950s and have continued to hold performances ever since..."
